Just follow these steps to get your team started

Install the app (2 min)

First, install Shavely on the administrator's smartphone.

Create an account (1 min)

Sign up for a free account with your email address.

Create a chat room (1 min)

Admin action

Tap the + icon in the top right of the header to create a room. If this is your first time, you can also tap the "Create Now" button in the center of the screen.

Invite your staff (2 min)

Admin action

In the chat room, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top right, then select "Invite Friends".

Tap the "Copy Link" button to copy the invite link, then send it to your staff via a messaging app like LINE or SMS.

Staff installs the app and joins (5 min)

Select your staff's native language. Installation instructions will be shown in that language.

Send your first message (1 min)

When you send a message, it appears in each staff member's native language.

Try sending "Good morning" to your team

Start using it on site (5 min)

Use Shavely for your daily work communications.
